  • Products and Licensing

Upon purchase of digital goods, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use (as specified per product). Ownership and intellectual property rights remain with Dr.Julie Montgomery and Whispering Wellness.​​ 

  •  Refunds and Exchanges

Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final. Refunds may be offered only in cases of duplicate payment or a technical error preventing access to the product. Read more below...

  • Intellectual Property

 You may not share, resell, or redistribute any digital products without prior written permission.

  • User Responsibilities

You agree not to share your downloads, attempt to bypass payment systems, or misuse the website in any way. You are responsible for ensuring that the products you purchase are compatible with your devices or software. Failure to pay an all in payment plan can result in removal of access to the programs digital platform (app). 

  • Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any damages, data loss, or issues arising from the use or inability to use our digital products or website. All products are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. Read more below...

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our website or products if any of these Terms are violated.​

We may update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.​

Welcome to Whispering Wellness! We are committed to providing high-quality digital health resources. Please note the programs offered by Whispering Wellness are intended for educational and informational purposes only. They are not medical advice and should not be used as a substitute for the advice, diagnosis, or treatment provided by a licensed healthcare professional. Whispering Wellness does not claim to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Always consult with your physician or other qualified health provider before making changes to your diet, lifestyle, or supplement regimen. Participation in this program is voluntary, and you assume full responsibility for your health decisions and outcomes. Results will differ for everyone based on many factors, including adherence to the program and personal health circumstances.

Refunds and Cancelations

Due to the nature of digital goods and custom herbal formulations, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds for any products or services purchased. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you will not be entitled to any refund or credit for any reason, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with the product or service.

However, If you experience any issues accessing your content or believe you were charged in error, please contact us within 48hrs of purchase and we will do our best to resolve the situation. 

Shipping Policy

Our programs include a combination of digital and physical products. Upon successful payment you will be given immediate access to create a passion.io account in order to access the digital part of the program (the WW app, which includes daily guidance). At the beginning of each program you will be shipped a starter supply of supplements to get you started on your journey. Please allow 48hrs for a shipping confirmation for your physical products. We are a small business and work hard each day to pack and send your orders in a timely manner. If you feel there has been an error please contact us using the detail below.
